Won Ton soup is on every Chinese restaurant menu. Won Ton, as well as other types of Dim Sum, can be added to the soup. By adding noodles and vegetables you can create a complete meal in no time.


Dim Sum with soup

1. Boil some stock in a saucepan

2. Add the frozen Dim Sum and boil for approx 10 minutes in the stock


Noodle soup with Dim Sum

1. Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the packet

2. Cook the stock in a saucepan

3. While the stock is cooking, wash and cut some vegetables such as Chinese cabbage, pak choi, lettuce or any other leafy vegetables

4. Add the frozen Dim Sum and cook it in the stock

5. Add the vegetables and noodles after approximately 8 minutes and bring the soup to the boil for 2 minutes approximately


Tips Slice some Chinese mushrooms (shii-take) and add them to the stock with the vegetables Garnish with finely chopped spring onions and coriander before serving.
