Spring rolls are the most popular Dim Sum from China over the world. This crunchy bite are traditionally eaten during Spring festival in the northern parts of China, hence the name. In different parts of China the size, appearance, dough and filling can vary. The Shrimp spring roll is an alternative for the Canton roll, filled with shrimps and fish instead of pork.
