Description

The Wu Tao Ko is very similar to the Lo Pak Ko. This version however exchanges the white raddish with taro. Taro is a root vegetable and gives the cake a slightly more dense structure. The bite of this Dim Sum also comes from the roasted pork, Chinese sausage and shrimps.

Taro, roasted pork, Chinese sausage and shrimps

Preparation

Pan-fry for about 4 minutes each side on medium heat with a little bit of oil

Serving suggestions

Cut the cake  in whichever shape you want before frying to get the best result. Serve the cake on top of some noodles or salade with a sweet chili dressing or serve as is with some hot chili sauce. More serving suggestions
