Duo Mix



A selection of two popular steamed Dim Sum packed in a steam basket. The Kai Shao Mai is the chicken variation of the traditional Shao mai, an open parcel chicken dumpling topped with green peas. Hsiao Long Pao is a parcel of pork and vegetables with a touch of ginger. Use the steam basket to steam above boiling water, or prepare these Dim Sum in the microwaveable packaging.

Steam for about 10 minutes above boiling water in the steam basket
Microwave the Dim Sum for 2 minutes at 750W. Do not remove the plastic packaging when placing the Dim Sum in the microwave.
