These three classic Dim Sum and most popular steamed Dim Sum in Canton and Hong Kong are prepared with traditional recipes. The Har Kau is prepared with a translucent rice dough filled with pork, shrimps and bamboo shoots. Hsiao Long Pao is a parcel of pork and vegetables with a touch of ginger. Shao Mai is a dumpling of pork, shrimps and Chinese mushroom topped with chili.
