Description
Spring rolls are the most popular Dim Sum from China over the world. This crunchy bite are traditionally eaten during Spring festival in the northern parts of China, hence the name. In different parts of China the size, appearance, dough and filling can vary. The filling and ovale shaped spring roll is a typical Cantonese style spring roll.
