Won Ton is one of the most popular Dim Sum in Hong Kong. It is better known in the dish Won Ton (noodle) Soup, where the Won Ton is boiled. This variation is made of chicken.


Chicken, Chinese mushrooms and vegetables

Cook for about 10 minutes in boiling water.

Deep-fry about 5 minutes in oil at 175ºC
