Description
This unique flavored dumpling is originally about the size of a large lemon. This version has been brought down to a smaller, bite sized Dim Sum. Often eaten during Chinese Spring festivals. This product is also called Yin Yang Ball referring to its crispy slightly sweet dough and the soft but savory filling.

Deep-fry for about 5 minutes in oil at 175ºC
