Ching Fun Kuo | 蒸粉果



The Dim Sum finds its origin in Chao Zhou in the eastern part of Canton. Traditionally it is a steamed Dim Sum, but outside the region often eaten deep-fried in other places in Canton. This crescent shaped dumpling with pork, shrimps and vegetables is covered in a translucent rice dough.
