Wu Tao Ko | 芋头糕

The Wu Tao Ko is very similar to the Lo Pak Ko. This version however exchanges the white raddish with taro. Taro is a root vegetable and gives the cake a slightly more dense structure. The bite of this Dim Sum also comes from the roasted pork, Chinese sausage and shrimps.
