Description
This fan shaped parcel is stuffed with pork, shrimps and vegetables. With only a small amount of stuffing, this Dim Sum is known for it's crunchiness. Originally from China, however it got it's popularity from the south-eastern part of Asia.

Deep-fry for about 4 minutes in oil at 175ºC
